Do I need a reservation to play?
Yes, a reservation is necessary. The best ways to reserve are by clicking "Book Now", or by calling us at 757-478-4779. Right now we have a 4 player minimum, but we're more than happy to work with you if you'd really like to play.
Can children participate?
Yep! Kids get immersed in our rooms pretty quickly, so they really enjoy them. Kids find things that parents overthink/miss all the time. We do require that at least one adult be in the room, so kids under 16 years old must have one participating paying adult with them.
How long does each room last?
You have 60 minutes to solve our rooms. However, we'd appreciate if you arrived up to 15 minutes early. This way we have time to get everyone organized, briefed, and ready. Afterwards we usually like to talk for just a moment to gather feedback and take pictures if requested. Please plan for everything to take an hour and a half
Do we get clues?
Of course! We want everyone to have a good time, so we're not gonna hold out on you. If you'd like a clue, all you have to do is ask. Alternatively, if we notice you're struggling or seem frustrated, we'll ask if you'd like help. Feel free to turn us down though!
